Perfetti Van Melle Named 2022 Sweet Cheeks Corporate Volunteers of the Year!
Perfetti Van Melle was presented with the 2022 Corporate Volunteers of the Year award. This award was dedicated to all the Perfetti Van Melle volunteers who gave their time and care to help with our Sweet Cheeks Community Day events. Our teams packed more than 500,000 diapers and 3,000 period kits -- enough to cover over two months of partner agency orders!

Recognition for Mentos New Berry Gum with Vitamins at 2022 Sweets & Snacks Expo
The annual Most Innovative New Product Awards kicked off the 25th Sweets & Snacks Expo by recognizing this year’s most innovative confectionery and snack products and the companies that created them. We are proud to announce that Perfetti Van Melle was named a finalist! We were recognized for our new Berry flavor of Mentos Gum with Vitamins.
National Confectioners Association (NCA) 2021 Most Innovative New Product Award
The new Mentos Pure Fresh Gum recyclable Paperboard Gum Bottle won the annual Most Innovative New Product award for the Gum/Mint category at the 2021 National Confectioners Association (NCA) Sweets & Snacks Expo! It is the first-to-market gum category product from a major global confectioner in this recyclable paperboard packaging, which is 90% paperboard and widely recyclable.
International Association of Packaging Professionals 2021 AmeriStar Award
The widely recyclable paperboard bottle for Mentos Pure Fresh gum was awarded the AmeriStar Award in the Food, Shelf-stable category.
World Packaging Associations 2021 WorldStar Global Packaging Award
The widely recyclable paperboard bottle for Mentos Pure Fresh gum was awarded the 2022 WorldStar Global Packaging Award. The World Packaging Organization is considered the most prestigious global packaging award program.
